Returns & Exchanges

 

Vivacious takes pride in the quality of its products and implements stringent quality control checks.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Vivacious we will happily exchange it for you. Vivacious does not offer any refunds unless faulty.

 

For health and hygienic reasons we do not offer exchange on underwear and G-strings, unless the item is defective.
If an item is defective we will happily replace it for you. All claims must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the product.

We allow exchange for size or 'change of mind' purchases on full priced merchandise only. Excluding underwear/g-strings.

Goods for exchange must be returned in new condition without being worn or washed with original tags.

Swimwear must be tried on wearing underwear and hygiene stickers in place. All claims must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the product.


If you would like to proceed with an exchange or replacement please email us at
info@vivaciousswimwear.com.au after which a customer representative will organise for the exchange or replacement to take place.

A returns/exchange form must be completed and a self addressed pre-paid return postage bag must be sent with the original item.

Vivacious will not accept returns/exchange for items that are marked as clearance or sale items. Thank you
